Empowering you to feel, move, breathe and tune in to your mind and body through the practice of Yoga, movement, mindfulness and breath.

I have been teaching in studios (and online) across East London since 2018 and have moved out of the city, to live and teach in Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.

My style of yoga is derived from strong Vinyasa roots, but I love to weave in inspiration from my dance training, ensuring students get a chance to explore and delve deeper into understanding of their body, through connection, breath and feeling in a whole and mindful way. I aim to guide my students to feel their way through the practice, to offer an inclusive space for you to practice in your own way. Moving away from habitual movement and autonomy, and into a present understanding of our bodies.

I adapt my classes based on the needs of the students in the room, and flex between range of styles, from juicy slow flow, power, dynamic Vinyasa, and in addition, subtle body techniques such as Yoga Nidra, Yin and mediation. Each class is carefully and thoughtfully curated, with a splash of mindfulness, anatomical knowledge and Philosophy.

I also teach dance in schools, kids yoga, seated yoga and mindfulness for the beloved older generation. Yoga not being about being in the most deep variation of a pose, but to unite, in body and breath, and move in a way that feels good to you in that moment.

My aim is for each student to leave the class feeling more connected to themselves, whether that be physically, energetically or more in touch with their emotions. Life can have a strange way of moving quickly and passing us by - give yourself a chance to slow down and enjoy it, and take an inward glance.

Keep coming home, over and over again, and be kind to your body.
