Movement for Mamas

A 45 minute movement class consisting of release work, yoga and strengthening to iron out those sticky points that build through the repetitive actions of motherhood, and leave you feel rejuvenated. A moment to fill up your own cup. I know as much as anyone it's impossible to get out the house, which is why this offering is online, no camera mandate, so you can show up as you are, as I will be too, with my girl Freya in tow.

We will work to rebuild strength and engagement in our stability muscles with the aim to move through our day with ease, as well as lengthening the areas that feel tight.

No experience of yoga required, I ask that you are signed off for movement by your GP after your 6-8 week check up. All stages of post-partum are welcome.
